The regular meeting was called to order by Mayor Farwell at 7:00PM.

Roll call was taken, all council members were present. City Clerk was not present. No visitors were present.

REVIEW OF PREVIOUS MONTHS COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES: Minutes were approved by all.

REVIEW OF BILLS: A motion was made by Berger to pay the bills, seconded by Perkins & motion carried.

The treasurers report was reviewed.

Old business was discussed which included the park. The spinomi pole is in place at the park; however, the equipment has not yet been set up. Hardy reported just shy of $11K has been raised thru the park equipment fundraising efforts. Abatement status’ were reviewed and discussed. The Post Office sidewalk has been replaced, railings are still needing to be put in.

New business included what to do with the blue iron salvaged from the hardware store. New concrete aprons are needed by the fire stations doors; however, due to weather, this will be tabled until spring.

Berger made the motion to adjourn the meeting, Perkins seconded. Meeting adjourned at 7:15PM.
